Highlights

• Gaia has entered 2025 with breakout momentum, scaling to over 450,000 nodes and surpassing 820B throughputs, with growth accelerating week over week. This traction is fueled by deep strategic partnerships and integration with Base, EigenLayer, MetaMask, Binance Wallet, and OKX wallet that has positioned Gaia as the premier AI inference framework and provider.
• We closed our seed around $5m in 2024, and raised a total of $20m for at our Series A in January 2025. We’re backed by investors such as ByteTrade (SIG), Mirana (Mantle, Bybit), Paper Ventures, Taisu, BitGo, Presto, Caladan, Outlier Ventures and angels such as EigenLayer, Scott Moore, Julien Bouteloup, Billy Luedtke.
• We’re also raising a strategic pre-TGE, KOL round that has soft-committed $2m. Korea-based exchanges like Upbit and Bithumb point to a strong path toward $GAIA’s TGE (Q2FY2025), which will be even further fueled by an exclusive deal with Samsung to launch Gaia-native phones in Korea. • In turn, we also have a lot of traction with engineering and product where we’re redefining how verifiable inference will scale for an internet of living knowledge and AI agents. With the rollout of new infrastructure (MCP, AVS, CLI) enabling projects to launch directly on Gaia and more partnerships in the pipeline, Gaia is rapidly becoming the foundation of decentralized AI agent economies.
  • Mother AI: A decentralized protocol enabling unstoppable passive income for AI agents through our onchain registry and dynamic automation system. We're building on major Web3 infrastructure including Gaia, Collabland, Nevermined, Coinbase Developer Platform, Base, EigenLayer, Intuition, Lit Protocol, and MetaMask to create a comprehensive ecosystem. Our three-layer architecture combines an orchestration layer for agent coordination, middleware for indexing and tool calling, and infrastructure for decentralized AI inference and open source LLMs.
  • Open MCP: OpenMCP (Modular Compute Protocol) is a decentralized protocol that allows AI agents to request and coordinate compute resources across the Gaia network, enabling efficient distribution and execution of AI tasks. This aligns with Gaia's mission to scale inference demand from AI agents that handle various tasks, making it a critical component of Gaia's infrastructure for decentralized AI agent economies.
• We are the protocol that enables for supply of inference and our mission is to scale demand of inference from AI agents that are responsible for tasks or work via MCP or agent frameworks. As the framework and network that coordinates the shared outputs of LLM, compute and data capabilities, we’re focused on:
  1. Scaling into new knowledge verticals that can provide inference-as-a-service
  2. Platform integrations that enable open source AI tooling, LLM portability, efficient resource coordination via network (e.g. compute, data), composable data storage and memory across AI infrastructure, node validator services, Gaia domain API services, and AI agent application frameworks, extensions, and SDKs.
• To establish ourselves as the hub, and prioritizing open source and Ethereum compatible software, Gaia currently has 100+ integration partners that include EigenLayer, MetaMask, Base, Coinbase Developer Platform, Storacha (Filecoin), DepinX, Collabland, Mother and open source AI tooling such as Langchain and Huggingface. Updates Q1 2025

Strategic Partnerships in Pipeline:

• Samsung: Exclusive partnership with Samsung to deliver 7,000 Gaia-Native phones provides the opportunity to accelerate early growth of $GAIA while generating up to $6M in revenue. This partnership is an unparalleled opportunity to gain rapid traction in the South Korean market head of the $GAIA TGE. This initiative will also serve as an opportunity to partner with other industry leaders via pre-installed apps and integrations into the Samsung phone experience. Ultimately, this will act as a core GTM strategy and position Gaia well for future growth.
• MetaMask/Consensys: Transforming MetaMask as the ‘Home for Agents’ – the go-to wallet for AI agent interactions across Ethereum and L2s. Gaia is building a trustless agent marketplace with on-chain staking, governance, and smart contract automation – unlocking new transaction flows, revenue models, and a $100M+ opportunity as MetaMask powers the financial and identity layer for autonomous agents.
• Binance Wallet Integration: Gaia has integrated with Binance Wallet, enabling users to seamlessly interact with AI agents using their Web3 identity. Co-marketing campaigns are in motion and set to launch soon.
• OKX wallet: Launching a Checker Page within the OKX Wallet app and web platforms. This Checker Page allows users to seamlessly view and claim rewards. The page will showcase claimable amounts and task requirements.

Engineering:

• AVS integration (EigenLayer): Gaia is integrating with EigenLayer’s AVS to leverage restaked security, enhancing rust and scalability across agent services.
